The off-site alarm didn't fire when I drove away with my lock on.

Open the app and finish the Isotrac setup wizard if any steps are still showing. Battery exemption and exact alarms must both be granted. Samsung phones in particular need the OEM background step set to Unrestricted. Re-open the in-app card once and the geofence rearms.

Login problems / reset password didn't arrive.

Check your spam folder first. Reset emails sometimes land there. Make sure you used the same email you signed up with. Still stuck? Email support@shiftcore.com.au and I'll help you in.

Verification link took me to the app home instead of verifying.

Tap the link again. There's a small race condition we're still polishing where the first tap occasionally lands you on the wrong screen. Second tap works every time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

ShiftCore subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ShiftCore → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Your roster, vault, expiries, and Isotrac all work without a signal. That's the whole point. Sync happens automatically when you're back on data or Wi-Fi.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@shiftcore.com.au from the address on your account. We'll permanently delete or de-identify everything within 90 days, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
