Voice Handover · speak it, share a PDF

Speak your handover.
Hand over a clean PDF.

End of shift, you're tired, the next crew is walking in. Open ShiftCore, tap record, and just talk. Any accent, broken English, industry jargon — all fine. Snap a couple of photos if it helps. ShiftCore turns it into a proper site handover document, formatted, in plain Australian English, saved straight to your Vault.

How it works

Four steps. Sixty seconds of effort.

The longest part is whatever you'd already say to your relief in person. Everything else takes care of itself.

1

Tap record

Open ShiftCore, tap Record Handover. The recorder opens with a live waveform so you know it's listening.

2

Speak like you'd hand over in person

Any accent, broken English, industry jargon, tag numbers, fault codes — all welcome. Walk through the shift the way you'd hand over face-to-face. Skip the formal voice. ShiftCore handles the rest.

3

Add a couple of photos

Optional. A damaged bracket, a half-full hopper, a fault code on a screen. Snap two or three and they get appended to the PDF as evidence.

4

Hand over the PDF

ShiftCore returns a formatted handover document, in plain Australian English, with your photos at the back. Saves straight to your Vault. Email it, share on Teams, hand it over in person.

Built for how you actually hand over

End of shift you're tired. The next crew can still read it.

A spoken handover is fast and accurate. A written handover is readable. The catch is no one wants to type three paragraphs at the end of a twelve-hour shift. Voice Handover removes the typing.

🗣

Speak how you actually talk

Heavy accent, broken English, industry jargon — all fine. Voice Handover doesn't need fluent grammar. The cleaned PDF still comes out in plain Australian English, ready for anyone on the next crew to read.

📝

Filler stripped, structure added

"Um, so basically the, uh, the conveyor was tripping on overload" becomes a single clean line under Equipment / faults. The PDF is sectioned: shift summary, equipment, safety notes, next-crew actions.

📸

Photos go in as evidence

Photos you snap during recording attach to the back of the PDF. The next crew sees the actual fault code, not your description of it.

🗂

Lives in your Vault

Every handover saves to your ShiftCore Vault under Handovers. Searchable by date. Always with you. Hand the same one to the next crew, your supervisor, and your own records.

Privacy and where your audio goes

Audio stays in Sydney. Nothing leaves the country.

Handover processing happens in Sydney, on terms that exclude training on your content. The audio is not retained after the cleaned text is returned. The PDF is rendered on your phone and uploaded to your private Vault on Australian cloud infrastructure.

Audio is discarded after the cleaned transcript comes back. Not stored, not logged, not used for training.
Sydney only. Both the AI processing and your Vault sit in Sydney, Australia. No data leaves the country in normal operation.
PDFs are private to your account. Encrypted in transit, scoped to your user, never shared with employers.
You can delete any handover from your Vault. The PDF is removed from storage immediately.
