Born in the Pilbara, built for the lifestyle

Your admin. Every swing.
The lock you won't leave behind.

MyRnR is the personal organisation app for FIFO workers. Roster, tickets, vault, pay cycle — and ISOtrack, a personal isolation lock reminder that lives in your pocket and fires an alarm if you drive away with your lock still on.

Meet ISOtrack

Two views. One quiet loop.

A glanceable card sits at the top of your notifications all shift — green for clear, red for active. When you place or remove your physical lock, tap into MyRnR: the in-app screen flips with one button, a timer runs while you are locked on, and you tap Lock Off when you remove your lock.

Top of the page — the notification card you see on your phone all shift.

The glanceable card during your day

Three real moments where the notification lands.

DOING YOUR TAKE 5

Phone in your hand. Glance down at the notification panel. Green card says ISOLATION CLEAR. That reminds you — you have not locked on yet. Walk back, place your physical lock, then open MyRnR and tap Lock On.

WALKING BACK TO THE UTE

Phone in hand checking the time. Red card in your notifications says ISOLATION ACTIVE — Since 10:42am. Your physical lock is still on the gear. Walk back, take it off, then open MyRnR and tap Lock Off.

ON SMOKO, SCROLLING

The notification is right there at the top. You see it without trying. The card only shows during your shift hours. Off shift, it is not there at all.

If you really do forget

The off-site alarm catches you.

If you start driving away with your lock still on, ISOtrack notices at 500 metres. An alarm fires through the same audio channel as your morning alarm clock — bypasses silent mode, Do Not Disturb, and Bluetooth media. Six escalating reminders over the next hour. Doesn't stop until you Lock Off.

The rest of MyRnR

ISOtrack is the lock reminder. The rest is admin you cannot escape, sorted in one place.

📅

Roster

Every roster pattern — day or night shift — set once and reused every swing. ISOtrack uses these dates to know when you are on shift.

Tickets and expiries

Licences, site inductions, medicals. Renewal reminders so nothing lapses on you mid-shift and gets you sent away.

🗂️

Document vault

Every certificate in one place. When admin or your supervisor asks, you have it without digging through email folders.

📋

Flyout checklists

Smart checklists that activate before swing transitions so nothing essential gets left behind at home or at camp.

💰

Pay cycle and bills

Paydays, recurring bills, and what is left after the swing — all aligned to your roster.

🛡️

Your data, your control

Stored in Australia. Never sold, never shared with your employer. You can opt in to anonymised aggregates that push for better safety industry-wide.

Why I built this

A FIFO worker who got a written notice for forgetting his lock.

Two near-incidents with my own personal isolation lock pushed me to build something that would always remind me. So nothing like that happens again — not to me, not to anyone else who's just had a long day and a friendly conversation at the wrong moment.

"Finished the work, went back to camp, completely forgot. At 10pm I got a phone call from the night-shift supervisor asking me to come back and remove my lock. Next morning at prestart I got a written notice for an isolation breach."

What workers ask

Does the lock card block my phone or get in the way?
No. It sits in your notification panel like any other notification. Your phone works exactly as normal — no takeover, no forced screens. The card is just there when you happen to look.
Does the off-site alarm work even if my phone is on silent?
Yes. The alarm plays through the same audio channel as your morning alarm clock — bypasses silent mode, Do Not Disturb, and Bluetooth media routing. If your alarm volume is up, you will hear it.
Does my employer or any mining company see my data?
No. Your individual data is private and is never disclosed to your employer, mining companies, or any other party. If you opt in (totally optional), only anonymised aggregate stats may be shared — never your name, location, or shift hours.
Is this a certified isolation device?
No. ISOtrack is a personal reminder layer that helps you remember to lock on, lock off, and not leave site with your lock still on. It does not replace any site safety procedure or company isolation system. Always physically verify your lock is on the gear and physically removed before leaving.
Will it drain my battery?
Minimal. ISOtrack is silent and does not poll GPS continuously — it only watches the 500 metre area around where you locked on, and only while you are locked on. Off shift it does nothing.
Is it free?
Free to download from Google Play with a 30-day free trial of Premium. After the trial, ISOtrack and the basics stay free forever — full pricing is in the Pricing section above. The safety reminder is never behind a paywall.
